Changeover Day
Although our preferred changeover day is Friday, we will do our upmost to be flexible in order to meet your requirements. On the day of arrival, the cottage will be available after 4pm. On the day of departure, all guests need to have left by 10am.Booking Notes
When making an advanced booking, we simply require a non refundable 20% deposit, with the balance paid in full 6 weeks prior to arrival together with a £100 breakages/security deposit. Provided there has been no loss or damage, this will be returned within a 2 week period post departure.
