The Cottage and Grounds
A beautiful detached traditional Pembrokeshire holiday cottage / Eco Welsh Barn set within the Pembrokeshire National Park. Our stunning Georgian stone cottage has been renovated to strike a balance between tradition, luxury and sustainability. It sits within the grounds of the original farm house and opposite a small barn, which contains your very own utility and storage room.Living / Dining Area
Within the main living area, situated around the Aga wood burning stove, there is comfortable seating for four people together with a large farmhouse table and chairs for dining. A TV complete with Freeview and a DVD player is also insitu. Up the spiral staircase and past the second bedroom, there is a second living room with access direct to the garden. In here, you will find a sofa, rocking chair as well as a selection of books, magazines, board games and radio/CD etc.
Kitchen
Running alongside the main living area, is a modern galley style kitchen offering a wide range of energy saving modern appliances, including a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and hob. It is well equipped for both food preparation and dining.Double Bedroom and Twin Bedroom
Bedroom one, complete with double bed, is on the ground floor.Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, accessed via spiral stairs leading to a glass fronted mezzanine floor.
The cottage is set up for 4, plus cot if required.
Relaxation Room
Up the spiral staircase and past the second bedroom, there is a second living room with access direct to the garden. In here, you will find a sofa, rocking chair as well as a selection of books, magazines, board games and radio/CD etc.Shower Room
The completely slate and lime tiled wet-room consists of luxurious Hansgrohe shower with chair, sink and WC, heated towel rail, shaving point and mirrors.
Utility Room
Opposite the cottage is a small barn, which contains your very own utility and storage room, where you can store your bikes, surf boards etc. This utility room contains a chest freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, boot basin and drying rack etc.Cleaning/Towels/Linen
Luxury bath towels, bathrobes and bedlinen are included in the price, together with tea towels etc.There are supplies of soap, shampoo and washing liquids and the property is cleaned once per week, at changeover.
Access
The property is accessible via your very own gate leading to the main courtyard, where you find both the cottage and barns and the owners farmhouse.This property can be accessible for those with minor mobility issues. Vehicles can be parked immediately outside the property to facilitate easy access directly into the main living area or downstairs bedroom. That said, please note there are still a number of steps on ground floor level for which assistance may be required. There is no step into the shower and a stool is provided. The upstairs area is limited to access only via the spiral staircase or a greater number of outside steps.
Parking
Parking is plentiful. Vehicles can be parked immediately outside the property and/or at the rear of the property.For Children
We have rope swings, slides and plenty of places for the children to set up camp.* Important: If visiting children use our play equipment it is to be used at the parent’s own risk. Parent’s must supervise their children at all times and we must stress that we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for use of any of the play equipment.

For the adults we have lots of places to sit and set up your BBQ.Amenities/Facilities

Additional items can be agreed, including food shopping.

Our Small holding
Vaynor Isaf is part of an 11 acre site and being a smallholding, we have completely free range chickens and geese (eggs for sale!) and sheep and pigs. We are also surrounded by beautiful open farmland.Important restrictions and safety points
*We are sorry but as we are surrounded by farmland, unfortunately we do not permit visiting dogs no matter how small or well behaved.*For those of you with young children, we advise you that there is a range of open but shallow ponds within the smallholding, and a running stream. Parents must ensure they will be supervising their children.
*Use of Children’s and Adult Bikes: You are welcome to borrow our bikes, however as these are intended for our own personal use, the bikes will need to be checked by the user before being used as we cannot accept any responsibility or liability.
